1.⁠No refund shall be made if the attempt has been made for the decoration from our end.

2. ⁠If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience, 60% refund.

3. ⁠If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience, 70% refund.

4. ⁠If cancelled: Before 48hrs from the experience 100% refund subject to printables and custom materials progress.

5. ⁠In case of printable and custom bookings, no cancellation shall be entertained after stipulated time, as decided by the company.

6. ⁠Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value

7. The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.

7. ⁠ ⁠No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.

8. ⁠ ⁠In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
