Welcome to ProBalloonDecor. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Definitions
- “Services” refers to the balloon decoration services provided by ProBalloonDecor, including but not limited to event decoration, balloon arrangements, and delivery services.
- “Client” refers to any individual or entity that requests and/or utilizes our services.
- “Agreement” refers to these Terms & Conditions, along with any additional agreements or policies referenced herein.
Service Agreement
By booking our services, the Client agrees to the following:
- Booking Confirmation: All services are subject to availability. Booking confirmation is considered valid once ProBalloonDecor receives the required deposit and/or payment as specified in the invoice.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is due before the date of service unless otherwise agreed upon. A deposit may be required to secure the booking. Failure to make payment in a timely manner may result in cancellation of services.
- Cancellation Policy: The Client may cancel the booking with written notice. Cancellations made within [X] days of the scheduled event may incur a cancellation fee, which will be outlined at the time of booking. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than [Y] days before the event.
Client Responsibilities
- Information Accuracy: The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the event, including date, time, location, and specific requirements. Any changes to this information should be communicated to ProBalloonDecor as soon as possible.
- Venue Access: The Client is responsible for ensuring that ProBalloonDecor has access to the venue at the agreed-upon time for setup and removal of decorations. Failure to provide access may result in additional charges.
- Safety and Regulations: The Client must ensure that the venue complies with all safety and regulatory requirements. ProBalloonDecor is not liable for any issues arising from non-compliance with these regulations.
Liability and Disclaimers
- Service Quality: ProBalloonDecor strives to deliver high-quality services. However, we cannot guarantee that all decorations will meet the Client’s expectations due to factors beyond our control.
- Limitation of Liability: ProBalloonDecor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the issue.
- Force Majeure: ProBalloonDecor is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseeable events.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to ProBalloonDecor’s branding, website, and service materials are owned by ProBalloonDecor. The Client agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute any such materials without prior written consent.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Data Collection: ProBalloonDecor collects personal data as necessary for the provision of services. This data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Data Security: We implement reasonable measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to Terms
ProBalloonDecor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
